Kootenay Outdoor Solutions (KOS) is a collaboration between Alex Cherry and Brady Wright, owners of JY Contracting, and Gillian and Dave Santangeli.

Drawing on the excavation, site works and stonework experience of Alex and Brady, the landscaping experience from Gillian’s career and Dave’s entrepreneurial perspective, KOS is well suited to help you achieve an inspired outdoor environment in your own front and backyards.

Working with local designers and trades, we will execute your project with care and professionalism. Our collaboration with suppliers extends to the finishing touches, including planters, umbrellas and furniture.
